Because hair health is my priority: • Certain services require hair to be in a healthy state • Virtual consultations may be recommended prior to booking • Results may vary based on hair history, maintenance, and aftercare ⸻ 💼 BOOKING & SERVICE POLICIES To maintain a seamless experience and protect appointment times: • Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are non-refundable • Custom wig services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking • Remaining balances are due at the time of service, pickup, or install • Due to the custom nature of services, no refunds are provided once work has begun Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to fees. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. A 15-minute grace period is extended to all clients and respectfully expected in return. Service pricing is based on time and skill required. Any service changes requested at the appointment time will be charged at the originally booked service rate. ✨ After-Hours Appointments ✨ After-Hours Luxury Appointments For clients needing flexibility beyond regular business hours, after-hours appointments are available by request only.
